1-Year Warranty on Parts

Our electric bikes and scooters are covered by a 1-year warranty on parts from the date of purchase. This warranty includes the frame, motor, display, controller, and other components. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect, are not covered.

6-Month Warranty on Batteries

Batteries are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper charging, storage, or misuse is not covered.

How to Claim Warranty

If you experience a problem with one of our products that you believe is covered by warranty, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include a detailed description of the issue, photos or videos if applicable, and proof of purchase. Our team will evaluate the claim and guide you through the process.

Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover:
